Owner Brendan Bold has been building and remodeling homes in Washington and Hawaii since an early age. After apprenticing under his builder and architect Father in the San Juans, Brendan moved to the Island of Kauai and established a successful business building custom homes, including high end properties and small developments in Hanalei, Kilauea, Lihue, Kalaheo and Poipu.  Brendan was known on Kauai as a hands -on builder that combined production methods with high quality craftsmanship and solid project management for a reasonable price. Now back in the Pacific Northwest, and living in Anacortes the emphasis is on smaller projects with almost no employees or subcontractors.
